What we sell. Printed polyester shirts, imported. We are a retailer, not the manufacturer. The garment is one piece: the open tropical shirt, the tee at the collar and the torso between them are all part of a single printed design.

Prices. In Australian dollars, inclusive of shipping. We are not registered for GST, so no GST is charged and no tax invoice showing GST can be issued. Prices can change; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Orders. An order is accepted when payment clears. We may decline or refund an order if the item is out of stock at the supplier, if the sourcing checks on our side fail, or if the shipping address is one we cannot post to. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Sizing. Sizes follow the manufacturer’s chart, which runs smaller than Australian sizing, and carry a 1–3cm manufacturing tolerance. The centimetre measurements on the home page are the authority, not the letter on the label.

The product. It is a novelty garment. The torso is printed on the fabric. We make no claim that it is mistaken for a human body at close range, and we would think less of anyone who did.

Liability. Nothing here excludes the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those guarantees, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the goods.
