The short version. Thirty days from delivery, unworn and with the tags on, for a refund or a swap. Email noonanjack2@gmail.com with your order number and we will tell you where to send it.

Wrong size. This is the common one and we treat it as ours to fix, because our sizing follows the maker’s chart rather than an Australian one. Tell us the size you need and we will sort the swap.

Faulty or not as described. A print defect, a seam that has failed, or the wrong colourway in the bag — send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you, and you do not need to post the faulty one back.

What we cannot take back. A shirt that has been worn out, washed, altered, or that comes back smelling like the party it went to. That is not a technicality; it is a shirt we cannot resell.

Your rights are on top of this. Nothing here limits the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. If the shirt is faulty, not as described, or does not do what we said it does, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund regardless of what this page says.
