Shipping is free Australia-wide on every order. There is no threshold and no express option, because there is no warehouse in Australia to rush it out of.

How long it takes. Orders are printed and posted by our supplier overseas. Two to three weeks to most metropolitan addresses, and a few days longer regionally. If you need it for a particular date, order three weeks out.

Tracking. You get a tracking number by email when the order leaves the supplier, usually within two working days of your payment. Tracking can sit unchanged for several days while a parcel is in transit between countries — that is normal and not a sign anything has gone wrong.

Customs and duties. There is nothing for you to pay at the door. The price you paid is the price.

If it has not arrived. Email us after 30 days with your order number and we will chase it or replace it. We would rather send another shirt than argue about a tracking scan.
